Punkbuster GUID Ban

Hey. My name is Andrew. I've been playing BF series since i am 12 years old. In 2017 Autumn my account was hacked and hijacked. A Webhost service provider was pwned, the hackers leaked emails, passwords, IPs ...etc and some accessed my account without knowing it. The moment i got aware of the issue, i've contacted EA support that someone took my account. We were able to resecure and get it back which is great. The problem started that i got a Punkbuster Global User ID BAN. I immediately contacted Evenbalace, took them 1 month to write back, that they are sorry, but because they don't log IP adresses they can't prove that me or anyone else accessed that account --- AND it is my fault that my account was not secure enough (well if a website stored info is leaked, i can't do anything against that). Of course i didn't let it go. I contacted them many times. Opened 5 web tickets in the past 3 years, sent 3 email to evenbalance support and 2 email to Evenbalance Research. Since that i never got any answers from them.

EA support can't do anything against PB Bans. Can't change my GUID, can't give another CD key, new account etc... I understand that completely. but...

Evenbalance Punkbuster can't do anything because they have no proofs, they are not Logging IP adressess, and they fail to answer 80% of the time so i don't even have a chance to prove my innocence.

I read most of the punkbuster releated issues on this forum. May i ask does anyone have some kind of solution for this? I've been fighting with Evenbalance in the past 3 years...

  • You submitted ban appeals to PBBans.com, correct? There is nothing that can be done about it if your appeals were rejected. Sorry that happened to you...
