Hi, have you tried reinstalling Punkbuster as ADMINISTRATOR?
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 and right click 'pbscv.exe' and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. Then try reinstalling it.
Probably still get error but you might as well try just in case.
Yes I've tried it, still getting the same error.
