After doing a google search of the error I came across this possible fix..
Shutting down OC-Guru (Gigabyte OC-Tool) and NVIDIA Experiance helped for me. Just turn them off in autostart.
If you dont have OC-Guru try disabling other OC-Tools or unnecessary gfx-stuff.
