Punkbuster not running, gets kicked joining server

3 steps to try:

1) "repair" install of BF4 in origin.

2) Run PBsv from the BF4 folder on your hardrive and tell it to install/update the program - restart your PC then try BF4.

3) If it still doesnt work try running BF4 in the x64 mode (right click the game and select properties - should be able to pick run as x64 from there)

those solutions fixed mine as it was doing a similar thing all of sudden - no idea why it just did.

I don't have a PBsv file

I've Been trying to install punk buster and every time I install it and then extract it, it just doesn't work in the end.

I even search through my programs after restarting it and everything and still no luck.

I was wondering if one of you had an answer to this.

R-click the punkbuster installer and run it as administrator. Also check your antivirus quarantine and make sure its not flagging the pb files or service.

the thing is, i dont know why, but, sometimes when i UNinstall pb service, then reinstall and test, it works, and after that, bf4 is going on fine, no errors, no kick from timeout.

then, if i take a break, pnkbstrB.exe (mostly jut the B) does not start/sending packs, whatever.

starting to hate this fcng pbuster... especially, because there is no answer anywhere. everybody is saying install pb from their home page. really? you think i did not downloaded/installed it from there like a 100 times? 

i mean, come on!

i even tried to open a port for pbB in the router settings, and it still does not work. but sometimes it does.
