sorry for your (account) loss.
PB global bans are usually issued with hacked accounts and/or graphical overlays in game (as overwolf or similar)

It's a standard practice for a lot of firms to use.
There is an office near me, its just 3 floors, but houses (on paper at least) 279 different companies
Evenbalance probably did it to stop people banging on the doors.

the only reliable anticheat is bf4db I can confirm that you will not receive any response...
FYI, I downloaded BF3 and started playing without any issue, so it seems to work even if I have been globally banned from BF4. (finger crossed)
