Punkbuster

Welcome to this rant. So i was banned by punkbuster aksed EA what to do and went to punkbusters web ticket system only to find its run by a bot -_- who gives you no help and DOES NOT alllow you to dispute your ban AT ALL. I did not hack my self and the bot did tell me that it may have been someone using my GUID and if that is the case then why should i have to suffer to? Many people have had the same thing in bf3 and bf4 over the past 5 years or so, its just laziness on punkbusters behalf, but even EA dont help as all they do is tell you to go to punkbusters web ticket program, can EA not use a system that requires the good old fashioned way of true evidence not just a FULLY AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Yet EA are no help either, i have paid for the game plus premium and dont get the help i need, surely i am a valued customer to them not just some petty person. There are hundreds even thousands of people out there who have this problem, they have done nothing yet neither punkbuster NORE EA help in anyway shape or form. Oh and one more thing i aksed if i could get a refund and EA told me i could if i was unbanned but i cant get unbanned as punkbuster use a bot to answer everyones problems without any disputes. Get your act together an help the people who play your games. 😕mileymad: Also if it werent for this then i would be buying battlefield hardline plus future products but now i shall not be due to this incident, i shall take my business else where (i.e Steam) if this is not sorted.

    If you were banned by PunkBuster, see this page and do every step, if you wish anything do be done against your ban: http://help.ea.com/en/article/punkbuster-bans-and-violations/ .

    No this has all ready done as i have said in my first post, punkbuster is run by an automated bot with the same messages meaning if you were banned for the violation my GUID number was picked up for i cannot dispute it, this is my problem as i have done nothing and punkbuster just dont care.

    Please note:

    • PunkBuster is not an EA-made program. It is developed by Even Balance and used in many online games.
    • You must appeal any PunkBuster Ban with Even Balance by opening a ticket. EA Advisors cannot overturn PunkBuster Bans.
    • To uninstall Punkbuster, you may run the executable available at http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe and/or visit the Even Balance website for more details.

    PunkBuster is also not run by bots by the way. As this is a third party ban, EA can sadly do nothing about it, since EA has no information, control about third party bans and there operations. 

    Your only option, is to appeal the ban with the third party that banned you and there is nothing more you can do.

    Fine may not be a bot but they use the same answers they have for at least 5 years, they see me as a pitiful little person, this whole thing is EAs fault the fact you decide to use this program. If you have no control over it why would you ever even use it? Your a big enough company to develop your own system that works properly and has people who actualy listen to you. The only way i can get unbanned is for a representitive from EA to talk to punkbuster as they will listen to you not me. I understand it is not your program and i understand i must appeal and i have but they dont care at all. To them their program is to good and can never be wrong in any sense. I have opended 4 tickets with them in the past month since i was banned and they respond the same way with each of them not giveing me ANY chance to appeal the ban itself only ever giveing me the reason why im banned. I have no power over this anymore i need someone who they will listen to tell them to get a grip of them selves.

    EA has its on program and it is called FairFight. This is a program that is made and controlled by EA. Additionally to this however, there are other programs such as PB, GGC and some other programs the community can choose on there own.

    Sadly again, EA has no control over PB and Even Balance. This is a third party program and only they can remove your ban. EA can do nothing about this, as I stated above. It is actually the communities choice to run this programs on there servers. They do it on there own free will and are not forced by EA or Even Balance, it is completely done by the choice of the server admin which is a normal community member like yourself.

    I must say again, EA and we here can do absolutely nothing about this problem and you will need to appeal your ban again with the third party that banned you, as this is your only option. If they refuse you, sadly there is nothing more that can be done and we can not offer any future assistance with this problem.

    Ah yes but who is the one who went to punkbuster and asked if they could use it on their program? that would be EA correct? Also i know you have fairfight, why choose to use any others? I was suspended by fairfight as well but that was for a week and i disputed that once then left it as it was only a week.

    As i said before punkbuster dont listen to me where as they will listen to EA, the one thing that you could do is at least talk to them on my behalf seens how they have given up on me.

    Its a nice little cop out for you to have a third party program as this as you can just say you cant do anything, and if this is the case the least you could do is give me a refund yet i was told i could only get it if i was unbanned again another little loop you use. I do not care if i dont get the full 100% i paid but i just want something back the fact i didnt do anything and punkbuster just dont care as they are a free program.

    You saying EA cant do ANYTHING is wrong, yes you may not be able to control the program and unban me BUT the one thing you could do is talk to them, is that so much to ask for? It's almost as if you (EA) dont want me unbaned you like it the way it is with me banned and the money i paid tight in your pocket.
