punkbuster

I started having this same issue after an Origin update took place.  Like you, I've played for years. Thousands of hours without cheating once, not even curious about it.   Now, there's no recourse after a third party is preventing me from playing a game I enjoy?  Or is this EA forcing us ALL off of bf4? I love the game, unlike newer releases.  Here's the violation on 10/12 Violation (GAMEHACK) #81671

just got the game, exited to come back as this was one of my favorites. but punkbuster wont let me join, ive tried everything, uninstall/reinstal and repair multiple times

Did you get a violation code as well? If you did then uninstalling and reinstalling will not work as it's a punkbuster ban. If it isn't then you might want to try reinstalling punkbuster manually.

@OttoVP that's because it is legit.  I do not cheat. FACT  I don't know why I was flagged?  There is nothing that says what caused the ban.   I have been having issues with my computer lately but I'scanned for viruess/malware.  Have triied installing video drivers. Punkbuster.You name it?  This is just wrong.  No response from PB or even-balance?  How can EA even partner with them if there is no response and they've gone belly up?  What did your clanmate end up doing?  This sux, just another EA let down because ultimately, they are responsible. Grrrrrrrr
