I recently purchased Battlefield 4 Premium Service [Instant Access] from Amazon but even after linking the purchase to my EA account it is not coming up in "My Games" in Origin. I contacted Amazon and was told that I should contact EA support with help in this regard. So, help please!

Sometimes, it takes a while for the game to be added in your library. How long has it been since you ordered the game? Also, iirc, the game key should be present in your amazon account's digital orders, so you could check that and activate the game manually.
Premium is automatically applied to your account when you purchase it or redeem a premium code for PC. To download the premium covered expansions right click the BF4 icon in your games library, select "view game details" and then right click each expansion pack and select add to downloads.
Are you able to do that or does it try to charge you?
