Purchased Battlefield 4 premium. not showing in Origin.
I downloaded BF4 during the free time promotion. During the free time I purchased the BF4 Premium edition.
the game shows as PURCHASED in my transaction history.
I have followed all the steps posted here http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/I-bought-a-game-but-it-does-not-show-up-in-Origin/m-p/53928#M936 to no result.
The only game showing up in the my games tab is the expired game time for BF4.
every time i click on the game, it prompts me to purchase battlefield 4 again, and sends me to the BF4 page in the store tab
Please keep in mind that it might take some time until the payment went through, depending on your payment method. Creditcards are usually the fastest way to get a game immediatly. We are not able to check your order history on your account, as we are a public driven board.
