I really wish there was some form of case appeal that could be made. I can't wear the same tags as the rest of my clan mates due to an overzealous profanity filter.

EA says it is a Dice problem, Dice says it's an EA problem.
I don't care who's to blame, an answer on when it will be fixed would be appreciated.
