Should I delete the 359.00 and 365.10 folders in C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver before installing the new driver again? Or would that brick my card or something? Checking in GeForce Experience I currently have 359.00 installed which is what I guess the card defaults to after uninstalling a more recent driver.
Edit: Also when you say "check off" in that post, just to confirm, you mean to only have those boxes listed checked, correct?
If i'm running out of space on my disk I usually delete the folder containing the driver version I don't use anymore, so yes you can delete the folder containing the driver version that is not being used anymore.
