Random gun swapping while shooting

Hi

Ok had this bug for a few months, I shoot with my main weapon and then after say 5  to 10 shots it will auto swap to my pistol.

Seems to happen more with asault then any other class.

Its got me killed so many times, tried to update all drivers mouse/keyboard but I still get it about 1 to 5 times per hour played.

Anyone had this before? known BF4 bug?

    IF you are out of ammo it will auto-switch... i think you should change in keybindings mouse 3 (Mousescroll)

    99% I have full clip, start shooting and get off a few shots, but then at random times swaps to pistol.

    Thought it was just another bug? so trying to see if others have this issue or just me.
