Rank emblem not showing in Battlelog ps4

Hi, ever since the latest patch I've noticed that whenever I access battlelog on my ps4 by clicking the touch pad that whenever a rank emblem is supposed to show it is just replaced with a small blue question mark. Not game breaking but would like to know if it's a bug or glitch that can be fixed.
