Rank progress won’t unlock items
For some reason a lot of rank progression items won’t unlock IE the flare gun requires me to be a lvl 4 with the scout class I’m a lvl 9! Any fixes?

I would recommend contacting Support, via live Chat, since there's not much we can do here on the Forums about unlocking stuff.

If you don't see the Chat option, try clearing everything in your Web Browser (History, Cookies, Cache, etc).
