yes everything is updated , curently amd 18.2.1 adrenaline driver (with an optional 18.2.2 not installed)

and with a clean os install about a 10 days ago ,its so confusing cause i dont see any fps drops really .

also in sw battleront 2 for example the gpu  works at 80-90%.

forgot to mention my motherboard ,z 370 ultra gaming 2 

Which software are you using to measure the GPU usage?

windows task manager ,and gpuz

Can you try some of the older versions of GPU-Z? maybe you could try 0.7.9 or 0.8.0

i will and post the results later ,but i dont think is the matter its in this specific game that is happening.

i will also apply the latest amd driver 

well i just tweak some in game settings and it works normally now ..i just use border less instead of full screen and cpu usage reach 90% -100%
