Thank you! This fixed the game for me! No more stutter with a gtx 460, amd fx 6300 vishera 3.5 and 8gbs of ram, dude you just saved me. First time im enjoying the game tbh and just for the record i was running on windows 8 x64 and the 64 bits version of the game stuttered aswell!
Edit: False alarm ☹️ played an entire parcel storm match without ANY STUTTER WHATSOEVER was the first time i enjoyed the game that much but the stutter came back on other maps D:

Checkof: Are you sure that its the same kind of stutters you experienced when changing maps? For me, changing to 32 bits removed a kind of stutters that were resident, no matter what kind of graphics settings I had on 64 bit, although stutters can appear when for instance you run out of memory (very high texture usage plus antialiasing etc.). Try to monitor gpu memory usage through MSI Afterburner for instance, while trying different graphics settings. I have 2 gb, and if I increase the "resolution scale" even a bit on 2560x1440, my game stutters even with my 32 bit "fix". Also, try running the campain instead of playing online, as that eliminate any potential network stutter issues. Just a thought.
