    EA Support is fully outsourced at a low price.

    As a side effect, support officers are not native English speakers -  they can't read English enough.

    EA doesn't ignore your message, just they didn't read. haha:mantongue:

    u think im just kidding? but not. it's true. EA support is really sucks.
