Reset the password in EA site using your email and probally will work.

    Wrong - I reset the EA password the game is still locked. Maybe it will catch up but not real time. This is BS

    Well.. this is the normal way to fix this... did you check if the account details was typed correct ?

    Can you log in into your EA Account in Origin? What do you meant, your game is locked?

    If he reinstall the game making a clear install the game logs will be clear, maybe its possible that he can re enter in the account again if he type the email and the password right.

    Its a shot in the dark since I never see the game block the login for a long time.

    Maybe he should try connect using another account and see if the problem is really in his account.
