I guess you only play on this PC? You could try to disable cloud storage, it is hard to tell what is causing this issue especially if it only happened once. However, you could delete your config.sys file in your Battlefield 4 folder, start the game and re-bind your keys. Deleting the config.sys will reset your setup to default and a new file could solve your issue.
