Re: All my achievements reset

First, try these two things on your Xbox One:

Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> Clear that out
Then try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> then restart the console.
