If this is your Battlelog account/profile?
Cause then it might be the case that it doesn't save you progress yet as you have to reached level 10 first.
As the assignment requires this minimum level to be reached, it probably blocks the following requirements to be completed before.
Cause there is no known bug on this assignment. Let me know if it saves the kills after you reached level 10.
