i tried connecting to matches on battlelog but it dosent look like it is working too

Guys, i tried logging into a friend's account and somehow i was able to queue into a game, but on my own origin bf4 account, i couldnt even queue into a game, constantly getting the error code 1, tried doing it on battlelog as well but it didnt seem to work. I've also heard suggestions to try quick match to get into games but it just kept prompting that there isnt any suitable lobbies to join. This is an account issue i would assume. Maybe EA should look into it.

This problem for the players is directly linked to also a problem that all server owners are having!

The server hosting companies are pointing finger back at EA, saying that the problem is on the EA side and with the BF4 Server side software.  And therefore the server hosting partners cannot fix it as its beyond their control/access...  

Now I just contacted EA Support again this morning, who now declines any responsibility for any BF4 servers worldwide!

Saying:

Please note that I rent servers for the PS4 platform, so that is done within the EA BF4 game!  Not on the Sony PlayStore.

And at no place does it quote that I do not get that EA BF4 server service that I pay for to EA from EA themselves.

So I would welcome now anyone related direct to EA to step forward please and then quote:

Who are responsible for that the EA BF4 servers are delivering to the paid terms for the PS4 platform in Europe?

If this is the EA standard for BF support, then its not looking good for BF2042.
