Battlefield4 is a multiplayer centred game. They do still work on the SinglePlayer side of the game but the Multiplayer is prioritised. I can understand there being bugs in the campaign, I experienced many myself, sniping I had my score snapped to the corner of hit boxes, entities performing in strange ways, but most of the multiplayer features work seamlessly,
They do still have a lot of work to do to make the campaign perfect, but the majority play Multiplayer, therefore that will always be their primary focus.
