I have the same issue.
I use the key "B" of the keyboard to crouch. When I press on the key "B", the console opens
this issue appears as soon as I press the key. In the keybinding btf4 page and in game.
I tried with a keyboard logitech G19 and with a corsair K95. I had the same issue with the btf4 beta.
No problem with btf3.
In the beta, a message appeared in the console at the same time and reported the issue. Then after an update I got no more reporting message, but the bug wasn't solved.
I' ve DL the microsoft layout creator, put the "$" binding code instead of the "b". I' ve selected the "language custom" as default in windows parameters. So if I press the touch "B" of my keyboard it writes a "$". Then in game I've chose the touch "B" of my keyboard for crouch (with the new attachement to $). But the bug is still present and it still opens the console.
Please, do you know if an update will correct this bug soon ?
