Okay, that could be related to various hardware or software problems. I will provide you some workarounds, please let us know if one of those helped you. It might help if you could post some information about your system specification. Did you suffer this issue in singleplayer as well?
At first, please check your latest video-card driver and check what version of the origin client is installed on your computer. Install the newest driver for your video card.
Download and install the latest version of Origin at www.origin.com/download (and make sure you have your Origin account ready as well).
Go to your Origin client and then -> "My Games" -> rightclick "BFBC2" -> choose "Repair Install"
If you are using Windows 7, please get sure that you have installed SP1. Some people reported that this solved this issue.
Check and update your PunkBuster software. It could be that the PB service crashing your game without an error message.
Update your Network Integration Card (NIC):
- Start -> Computer -> System Properties -> Device Manager
- Locate your NIC card under Network Adapters
- Right-Click and Select "Update Driver Software.
- Walk through the prompts (typically "Next" -> "Install the software automatically" -> "Next")
- Reboot may be required after successful update.
