Re: Banned from BF3 for Multihack

First of all, please let me tell you that I would expect an Help Center to be more polite: "Buy another copy...", "regardless", "DENY" are not really professional. I understand you probably have to deal with teenagers all the time but not all players are so.

Secondly, since I absolutely DENY that I installed a cheat engine software on my PC, I do expect SUPPORT from EA, not even more dirt on my nickname.

As I wrote this is not acceptable: maybe I do not know the technical details but I start understanding "how it works" and  I do not agree with it. There is something wrong and I'm only a victim of this situation. I'm very open to finding a solution or a compromise. I'm offering you the chance to help an EA customer, not merely saying "It's a Even Balance matter". I knew that and I opened a ticket with them before writing here. By the way I've just been told my request is denied.

This is really frustrating.
