BF1 Apocalypse features 5 new Multiplayer maps, Air Assault game mode, new weapon, and more. A full product description can be found here.

Once the add on is fully installed on your PS4, go to Multiplayer and under the advanced search (server browser) you can edit the filter to list only Apocalypse content.
