Re: Battlefield 1 collectors edition why is the statue of a american

The reason the statue is of the American soldier is speculated to be because that soldier is one of the main narratives of the single player campaign. The soldier statue presented in the collector edition and the soldiers in the game (and the order in which they get incorporated into the game) does not represent the value of the real soldiers of countries that fought in the actual war. It's a game, there is some artistic freedoms taken to make what the developers wanted to make and to make it fun. Personally I just want to shoot people online and not get overly political about it.

As for the season pass no such thing has been announced for the game. It might never be a thing, it might only arrive after the game has released or it might become something else entirely, we don't know yet.
