I've tried to figure out why this is the case, but i'll be able to contact them and let you know if i get a reply, it happened to me after a factory reset of my pc

If your problem still is not solved, please try to clear cache of Origin https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/ Then, reboot your PC and run Origin as Administrator.

@KadogaNN If you can't contact EA support, please choose correct flag for you at EA Help page. Also, if you would like to contact EA support via Live Chat:
- Choose USA flag and click on "Contact Us"
- Select product: Origin and click on "Next" button
- Select a platform: PC and click on "Next"
- Select a Topic " Manage My Account" and select an issue "Can't login"
- Then, click Next and you will see Live Chat option.
If Live Chat option doesn't work, try another browser, clear cache of browser and turn off all extanshion for browser ( Adblock and etc.).
It didn't work...
