Hi. I just bought the Battlefield 1 Premium pass and didn't get any battlepacks but my friend who bought it at the same time as me received 14 battlepacks, is this a bug? Also he has access to platoons whilst in game in Battlefield 1 yet I don't, is this a bug too? I exited and restarted the game multiple times and I've verified the file cache too.

If you are missing the Premium Battlepack from this month, try purchasing a standard battlepack with scraps, and see if the Monthly Battlepack shows up.
If that doesn't work, try scrapping a Weapon/Vehicle skin that you do not need, and it should show up in your Battlepack Inventory.
This has happened to me as well, and one of those steps I provided above helped.

as @iluminatethesky pointed out, the past monthly Battlepacks should be there straight away, you might have to trigger one by purchasing with scraps or getting it through progress, then the other ones should appear.
As to the squads not showing, this might be due to the user created content setting in the game. If it is turned off, you won't see any platoons or tags, and the servers will have numbers instead of names in the server browser. Just go to the Settings, Gameplay and set Player-Created Content to "show" - that should do the trick.

If you're on PC, you said you didn't receive any of the Battlepacks from purchasing Premium?
Try repairing the Game Files in Origin, and playing a couple rounds of any game mode and let your account sync up.
