Thanks for the reply i have reinstalled the premium pass 3 times now and still it won't let me play any of the DLC i don't know what else to do to be able to play the expansions packs i have downloaded it from gamepass but not allowing me to play the games that i want to. Please help i don't know what else to do thanks please find a pic showing that i have all the dlcs installed and the premium pass and also why does the 34.99 have a line through it but still tries to charge me. DICE Team@EA_Atic hello my friend yes the game BF1 is on my xbox account and i am the only one who uses this profile and xbox. What i don't understand is when i am looking at the premium pass it shows the 34.99 as having a line through it. I don't know if you saw pictures i attached but it shows that the base game is downloaded along with the DLC's and the premium pass is also installed. I have asked a few of my friend who also installed the very same game and they also say exactly the same thing as me a few people can't seem to get access to the DLC. I am not sure if it's a BF1 issue or if it's a game pass ultimate problem. It clearly shows that i have all the DLC installed. I even have the deluxe edition pack installed. One again i would like to thank you for the reply.
