did you try to stop the download and start again? If not, do it and you can also restart your router. If this does not help, set the values ​​in the network settings as DNS and try it again.

Google DNS:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4

or.

OpenDNS.

Primary 208.67.222.222

Secondary 208.67.220.220

    I will try the DNS Method but you cant stop the download because it's downloading ingame
