Sorry, so I understand, you have a triple monitor setup and you want to play in 3-screen mode?

I haven't tested this myself but I think in this case it should be in the video options, you'd choose 5760x1080 (or whatever resolution you would be using). You would then tweak your settings for the best experience. Note that very high resolutions are very demanding, so unless you have a monster rig you may need to turn some settings down to maintain a stable refresh rate.

    the hud is stretched across 3 screens instead of being on the centre screen. please fix this!!!

    It's mostly just racing games that are being built to natively support 3 monitor setups. Support for this in FPS games is usually handled through the drivers and these stretch the UI. Not much to do about it. You can stretch and resize the UI in options which will help.
