Re: Battlefield 1 wont open, please help me out (PC)

i just bought battlefield 1 for PC off Origin and it downloaded.. but when I go to "play" a window does open.. but its just a all black page.

Please create a DxDiag and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window. 

I don't know  how to create a DxDiag... I did take a screen shot if it.. if that will help?
