I just tried the tutorial trick and it worked, but there were only 4 people in the match i got into, so this is indeed a widespread issue.
Upon exiting, it also spun a long time a "updating your stats", so something is definitely wrong on EA's server side.

Just tried it and it works. You’re rank doesn’t appear but the game runs fine. I’m going to start a new thread telling people to do this so that they are aware

Are any of you still experiencing any connectivity issues since 3 weeks ago?

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for following up. It has been working fine since late Aug 3rd.

Before the fix, I spoke with someone at EA support and was told the game had "hit sunset" as the reason why it wasn't working.
Would you be able to confirm if that is no longer the case, or if the fix is just temporary?
