Thats really frikkin helpfull. This is a joke ive lost alot of moneys worth of games. All my games are gone and im in the right account.

The account you've posted with, treacleavich, does indeed have Battlefield 3 and a few Medal of Honor games attached to it. If you cannot see them in your Origin library, you are logged in with a different account 🙂

Maybe try logging in with the email address or Origin ID, depending on what you used before.

If you know your product code, this can be found in the registry as well if the game is still installed, then please contact a Game Advisor and they will assist you in locating your game or alternative accounts.

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us

2 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"

3 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"

4 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions" again.

5 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.

6 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country or time of day.

My BF4 disappeared from my library and I contacted 2 game advisors but they both asked me to show the receipt/proof of purchase even though I gave them the code and order number. What should I do ?

It seems that the code you entered was simply a pre-order bonus code which grants access to the beta and a Battlepack. The code, however, does not unlock the actual game Battlefield 4 on your account, you'll have to purchase the game separately or redeem a product code.

Well, the damn thing was in German... and I cannot read it . The big BATTLEFIELD 4 on the game case misled me.

I am having this exact issue atm, its very disapointing because I don't have an email with a CD key or any kind of last minute recovery. I have battlefield 3 installed to my computer through origin, yet origin no longer has it under "my games" list. It seems like origins user interface is just plain difficult and the forum administrators are useless (followed previous advise) so it looks like i'm just going to have to accept the loss. It's pretty sad when you gotta be the adult around here.
