I would like to unban, ban unreasonable. I understand that none of this would not do.
So I want to change the GUID on the newly purchased game. And the old GUID removed. Is that possible?

Unfortunately EA cannot do that because Punkbuster is a seperate company and EA does not have access to Punkbuyster's systems.  You will have to ask Even Balance who owns Punkbuster to unban your account.

Unban they're not going, I knew it. I bought the second game on the account. Thought that it would change my Guid. Who to contact about change Guid?

If this is not possible, I want to return the money for the second purchased game
