And NewEgg says it's not their fault. Either NewEgg or EA are lying. All preorder copies were supposed to come with the China Rising DLC.

What Battlefield 4 game editions will be available for pre-order?
During the pre-order period, the following editions of the game will be available for pre-order:

• Standard Edition
  • Pre-ordering the Standard Edition will grant you a Premium Expansion pack once it becomes available after the Battlefield 4 launch. The Standard Edition will be available on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, and PlayStation 4.
  • Pre-ordering the Standard Edition for PC from the Origin Store will also get you a Ground Vehicle Shortcut for Battlefield 3 on PC. You should receive this shortcut as soon as you've completed your pre-order.

Well the only thing you can do is keep trying EA support here in the answer HQ we can not help whit this I think you will find a good agent you just had a bad one
