@C4PT41N_COLD It's potentially a permissions issue in that case.

Since it'd be an account related issue, there's very little we can suggest to help you out here (there's nobody here who can access your game account unfortunately). Really, this is something EA Help would need to investigate, so you may need to try again with them.

  • @ElliotLH Hey thanks for your replies, i was talking to the ea support yesterday and he told me to create a post here in the forum, since he is unable to fix this issue. I had more luck today, the problem has been resolved by now, but i can't tell you what they did since they just said the fixed the issue. So if anyone has a similar issue just keep talking to the EA support.
