Re: Battlefield 4 Campaign getting reset.

Try the following to see if this helps.

Your gamesave data may be corrupted as a result of interupting the autosave feature. Try to delete your Battlefield 4 Save Data to remove the corrupted data. Note: None of your unlocks or multiplayer unlocks will be lost, only your campaign progress will be lost. A new Save Data will be made when the game is opened.

Also try deleting the hard drive cache.

Xbox 360:

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight the hard drive, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

  4. Select Clear System Cache
  5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

Xbox One:

1. Power down your console
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes
4. Plug the power cable into the back of the console
5.Wait for the power brick to go from a white light to an orange light
6. Turn the power on.

Note: This will perform a hard reset which will delete the cache.

PS3:

  1. While in the Playstation 3 Cross-Menu Bar (XMB) navigate to the ‘Game’ section.
  2. Scroll through this section until you find a folder called ‘Game Data Utility’
  3. Open the folder to populate the Game Data list
  4. Scroll though the Game Data list until you find the game that you are looking for
  5. With the game entry you need highlighted, press the Triangle button
  6. An options menu associated with the game you have highlighted will appear on the right hand side of the menu.
  7. Select ‘Delete’ and press X to confirm.
  8. Once you have deleted the cache data you will then be prompted to re-install the missing data when you next play the associate game.

Not sure about PS4 though. I searched online but could not find anything on it.

Hope this helps.

Leave an XP if this helps you.

This doesn't work for me. I've tried deleting gamer tag from console and also from everywhere. After playing the game in campaign mode it reset me to the beginning. I reset everything again and got to 5 th level and during gameplay it reset to shanghi. This is ridiculous. You guys haven't found a fix for this since it was released last year. I just bought it 2 months ago. Do you have an other suggestions?
