Re: Battlefield 4 Campaign getting reset.
Try the following to see if this helps.
Your gamesave data may be corrupted as a result of interupting the autosave feature. Try to delete your Battlefield 4 Save Data to remove the corrupted data. Note: None of your unlocks or multiplayer unlocks will be lost, only your campaign progress will be lost. A new Save Data will be made when the game is opened.
Also try deleting the hard drive cache.
Xbox 360:
- Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
- Select Storage or Memory.
Highlight the hard drive, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)
- Select Clear System Cache
- When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
Xbox One:
1. Power down your console
2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes
4. Plug the power cable into the back of the console
5.Wait for the power brick to go from a white light to an orange light
6. Turn the power on.
Note: This will perform a hard reset which will delete the cache.
PS3:
- While in the Playstation 3 Cross-Menu Bar (XMB) navigate to the ‘Game’ section.
- Scroll through this section until you find a folder called ‘Game Data Utility’
- Open the folder to populate the Game Data list
- Scroll though the Game Data list until you find the game that you are looking for
- With the game entry you need highlighted, press the Triangle button
- An options menu associated with the game you have highlighted will appear on the right hand side of the menu.
- Select ‘Delete’ and press X to confirm.
- Once you have deleted the cache data you will then be prompted to re-install the missing data when you next play the associate game.
Not sure about PS4 though. I searched online but could not find anything on it.
Hope this helps.
Leave an XP if this helps you.
