Yes you can repair BF4 if thats what your asking ..

Go to origin right click BF4 and you get a list check updates, repair game etc...

You can also try this to help fix your issue if you still have it.

CHKDSK utility will try and recover or fix any data or installation errors. This can take a few hrs. SSD vs HD
