Awww na just a brain fart and we all get them more so when a very nice custom rig is not working correct in BF4. Same issue I had for a very long time with this game with win 7 and then win 8.1. My PC never acted up until I was in BF4 and in the end it was a windows issue so trust me when I say I fully understand how you feel. My Rig specs ....

Dont reinstall windows again even if the scan finds issues in your windows just reboot and run scan again. If it cant repair lets look at win 7 repair first before a format I am going to try and save you a format if we can. But lets cross that bridge when/if we come to it.
I have a whole post on how to fix BF4 when everything else has failed to fully fix it and since I did all my steps and steps I got from others I now have zero issues in BF4 so no worries we can get this fixed your Rig is nice BTW :} If I am not kicking and your working on this then this is my post on how I did it.
