I have contacted the EA advisor and they still cant figure out the issue. They told me they are working on this issue but i do not understand how an expert team cannot figure this out rapidly neither keep us up to date on the evoluation of this issue. None official postor anything... i have been trying severals thing that advisor told me and none worked out yet. And i never played bf4 neither anybody here. Why would it take a while to be fix ? At this stage they should offer free bf4 standard edition for free. Instead of figuring out the bug and never great real reponse .... otherwise why keep contacting them and have no solution
