Re: Battlefield 4 Has Stopped Working

VolanDVol: I can see from the details you provided the exact module that is faulting is atkdx11disp.dll. This module generally relates to two programs; ASUS OSD and ASUS Smart Doctor. If you have either of these programs installed then I would suggest to first update them to see if it helps. If updating does not then you will need to disable both programs, and then try to run the game again.

A quick Google search showed that it was related to these programs so hopefully this suggestion will help.

@NamelessHenchman The error you are receiving relates to an issue with the Microsoft Visual Studio C++ installed on your system. Please download the latest redist pack from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/details.aspx?id=40784

Once you have download this, please run the setup. Once complete try running the game again.

Thanks.

Do you happen to know how I could update SmartDoctor?  The other program I just removed cause I don't record my games ever  so it was an uneccesary program.

I got rid of both those things and it still crashes, I went to join a multiplayer game and it crashed before the game loaded up.

It seems to be a different module now that is causing it.
