The same here...I was playing and in the loading screen the message:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'eddien5000' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [130827]

I'm not using any other different program behind BF4....my anti-virus protection Norton and sometime Fraps to record the gameplay. What is going on now with this game Dice!?! OMG

I try to search a bit more info in internet and after do many things i didnt get this pb error since yesterday when i could play for about 4 hour in diffrents servers i try to:
Update Pb in Official Punkbuster website(not the problem for sure)
Update battlelog-web-plugin in Battlefield 4 Folder in C:disk installer/customcomponent
I new Amd catalyst has been release for coincidental in Sunday version
Open the directx folder and execute DXSETUP whose is inside the redist
And desactivate the origin in game in the origin proprities
And there were a big update for windows 8.1
