Thx for feed back contact microsoft chat adviser, had nice long chat, they passed my to EA adviser told the full story, adviser says my premium should come over, but it as not, so the special team is looking into the matter....

i only used bf4 premium for 2 month max on launch.. and also xbox live pre-paid 12month lost 9 month of that...

just hope they can give me the premium back

buying maps for titanfall, can not waiting for Hardline, can not really afford premium again for BF4
