Looking through the diagnostics section in the DxDiag, I did notice a WindowsWcpOtherFailure3 error entry. This can sometimes point to issues with Windows updates. Have you run into any problems trying to update Windows recently? I'm wondering if there might be an issue with some Windows system files.

When you have a chance would you mind running the Windows System File Checker to see if it's able to identify any issues? If there is a problem with a missing or corrupted system file that may help fix this.

Hi, I have completed the check and I found some corrupt files, they have been repaired but the issues still continue.
Is there anything else I could try to solve these issues?

Do you have your game library installed on the same drive as Origin, or are they installed on different drives? If they're on separate drives would you be able to try moving them so they're installed on the same drive to see if that helps at all? I've seen some cases in the past where having them installed on separate drives can lead to some similar issues.

Hi, I have tried moving Origin over to the same drive that Battlefield Hardline is downloaded on however I am still experiencing the issues with the game.

What type of security software do you use on your PC? Have you checked to make sure there are exceptions for Origin and BF Hardline? There may still be something blocking the game from launching, and in a lot of cases that points to security programs.

Hi, thank you so much, adding Battlefield Hardline and Origin to my exceptions with Avast worked, I am now able to play the game without issues.

Such a shame this game dies was the more less serious/Fun battlefield IMO
I’m also having the same problem as he did with bf hardline and bf V any ideas on how to fix it on PS4?
