Re: Battlelog wont update...

Please check following workarounds and keep us updated:

 

For Chrome:

  1. Uninstalling the Plugin then deleting the containing folder placed in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Battlelog Web Plugins
  2. Clear Browsing Data ( Settings/Privacy )
  3. Reinstalling the plugin by logging to Battlelog again
  4. In the search bar typing the following command: chrome://plugins
  5. Checking the box Always allowed for ESN Sonar API and Battlelog Game Launcher
  6. Restarting the Browser
  7. Log back into Battlelog via Origin (Play from Battlefield4 icon )
  8. Join a Server

 

For Internet Explorer 11

  1. Uninstalling the Plugin then deleting the containing folder placed in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Battlelog Web Plugins
  2. Restart IE 11
  3. From Internet Options/General tab  -> Clear Browsing data -> Delete button
  4. From Security tab, slide the bar to bottom -> Medium Protection
  5. In Trusted Sites -> .battlefield.com should be added along with battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ and battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/
  6. It will require a System Restart in order for the 7 step to be applied.
  7. Log in again into Battlelog and download again the plugin.
  8. Join a server.

    For Mozilla Firefox:
    1. Go to Addons (Firefox menu) -> Plugins
    2. Search for ESN Sonar API OR/AND Battlelog Game Launcher
    3. Set both to: always activated
    4. Close firefox, start it again and it should be fine then
    5. Log back into Battlelog via Origin (Play from Battlefield4 icon or Origin Games )

    i have chrome i did what you said it didnt work it still says the same thing :mansad:

    Try Reset PC if still problem... Do this fix under and Reset PC again.

    #1-  Uninstall Battlelog Plugin

    (Close Web Browser)

    1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86) and remove folder Battlelog Web Plugins 
    2. Go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features\Uninstall a Program and uninstall Battlelog Web Plugins 

    #2 - Install Battlelog Plugin 


    A) Go to http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4 (battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4) and Download Latest Plugin.
    2) Download Latest Plugin (eaassets-a.akamaihd.net)

     

    #3 Allow Battlelog Plugin in Web Browser 


    For Google Chrome: 
    In the search bar typing the following command: chrome://plugins 
    Checking the box Always allowed for ESN Sonar API OR/AND Battlelog Game Launcher 
    Close Google Chrome, 
    Log back into Battlelog via Origin (Play from Battlefield4 icon or Origin Games )
