Re: BF1 - Empty servers
Change your server browser filters to set the spaces to 'None' and when you refresh you will be shown full servers. You will have to queue, obviously, but you should find it easier to locate maps or the DLC you want to play.

- Hi thanks for the info... i tried evenrything in the servers section... but i tried yours last night... oicked donination... all the dlc maps... changed alots countless times but the response was still the same... brought up countless games... that were empty!... so maybe its just a problem within the domination game mode i dont know... thanks again anyway!... & THANKS AGAIN EA for your non respinsive actions as always!...
Got the same issue here - on PS4 (Europe)
Can't launch any game in QuickMode. Sometimes it's starting but I'm the only one on the map.
In most cases it's not even starting - 95%
I think it has to do something with EA servers, I've check Titanfall2 yesterday and it was very laggy (matchmaking takes about 5-10 minutes !!)
they should really fix it because for now it's unplayable O_o
- its a joke... i wouldnt mind if they just ackowledged problem/issues with it... ive asked for refunds on the dlc’c ive bought & instead they keep telling me to do the things ive told em ive done countless times!... id absolutely love it if everyone for one year just boycotted EA & their products... love it!... they take the * & dont care purely cus they know people wont do that & will always throw money at em!...

In past BF games, BF4 in particular having that checked actually made it harder to find a server.

I never recommend using quick match as it has a high chance of putting you in an empty server. Are you able to use the server browser at all or are you experiencing the same issue as the OP while using the server browser?
- Up until the 1.20 patch/apaocolypse dlc i NEVER ... had any issues finding games on the dlc maps... i literallly always played domination on the russian maps mainly... but up until the patch/last dlc release i cpuld pick game mode... click a of the dlc... get a game... now... when ever i do that i get empty servers... ive only highlighted the servers bit as to show that even when i try that it goves me empty games... point is... i NEVER had this problem at some point... now i do... connections good, restored licenses, rebuilt database, uninstalled the game... i had disc cersion & even bought the revolution digital one... just to see ifthat did owt... NOPE!... so i have bought the game & premium twice... & still having problems that i never once had before the 1.20 patch or last dlc release!... & no matter what anyone on here says tryi g to help which i appreciate... someone at EA should stand up & just admit & apologise there are issues within the game or with the servers... thats all i need to hear... but yet again... NO OFFICIAL RESPONSE FROM EA ON AN OFFICIAL FORUM ON AN OFFICIAL EA WEBSITE!...
@ragnarok013I've tried everything, ever server browser - and the result was the same, empty servers.
I've called EA support and they do not know what the issue is and that it even exists :D (or they just sayin' this to get rid off me)
they didn't help much, just some basic stuff to call my network provider and check if I have IPv4 configured and not IPv6 on modem - this did not help, I got IPv4 from the start.
The thing I done was to reinstall whole content , I've placed my save with progress into PSN Cloud and remove whole BF1 from PS4 drive, then installed it again (over 70GB with updated - god damn !!), installed premium pass, and tried to play some games. Looked into server browser and only maps from standard edition were visible, I will check it today, maybe it's really connected with latest update.
- Did you also re-install the DLCs themselves at the same time you re-installed the game and season pass?

Hi @Flimbo777, So if I understand you correct you cant find any DLC map that players are playing on?
/AticSame for me.. Some dlc maps like brusilov, galacia, Lupkow I can never find anyone on for conquest I've done everything properly in server browser.

BF1 is out of its supported lifecycle and DLC maps are the first to be unpopulated in any multiplayer game after the game's end of life.
