Please try the following:

• Reset your settings to default by deleting your PROFSAVE_profile file in Documents>>Battlefield 1>>Settings folder. Your graphics settings will be reset to default, so please don't change anything after this. Then, test the game and report about your result.
• If that doesn't help, please set your graphics settings to Low and go to Advanced tab in the Video Settings. There you will need to change framerate limiter to 60FPS. Then test the game again and tell your result.
